One More Turn

NATS Trail Crew

We are back working on the trail this  August 14th and the 21st. We are working hard to tame some tricky terrain and could use your help - so please join us:

Sunday afternoon August 14th and 21st 2:00 - 5:00pm

PLEASE READ THIS INFO - IMPORTANT STUFF- DO NOT SHOW UP IN SHORTS AND SNEAKERS

We are on US Forest Service Land so we have to play by the rules. That means:

  1. You have to wear long pants
  2. You have to wear hiking or work boots
  3. You have to wear a hard hat - we will have some extras
  4. You may need safety glasses - we will have some extras
  5. You will need good work gloves
  6. Bring: water, bug spray and something to eat.
  7. We have all the tools you will need

Project directions:

Grouse lane is located in the Dorset Hollow HERE Drive to the end of the Lower Hollow road and continue on to Tower Road for a short distance, you will see Grouse Lane on your Right. Follow Grouse Lane for 200' then stay left for another 400'. You will see a road off to your Left with a US Forest Service Sign directing you to parking. The final road is in need of repair but passable. Park in the open, un mowed meadow. Follow the trail at the end of the parking area and you will find us in 200'.

LASTLY - PLEASE RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP HERE  - Choose Northshire Area Trail Systems as your primary Chapter. We need your membership $ to help purchase tools, bridge and walkway materials, signage, etc.

Thank you for helping us out and remember - every foot of sweet single track helps make our area even greater!
